RVMS Summer Weights Information:
Weights are for any incoming 7th and 8th grader. Weights are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM starting May 30th. Students will focus on fundamentals for becoming bigger, faster, and stronger. If students are wanting to play athletics at RVMS or NHS they are strongly encourage to attend summer weights. Bussing will be available from SHES (6:30 am) and RVMS (6:45 am).

The forms need to be turned in by June 9th in order to guarantee a camp shirt. Forms can be turned into Coach Maxwell, or the office of the middle school or either elementary schools.
