RVMS volleyball results from yesterday versus Smoky Valley. Seventh grade loses to Smoky Valley in two and eighth grade beats smoky Valley in two. Both C. teams won. The seventh grade C team won in two matches and the eighth grade C team won in three matches.

Thanks to our NHS and RVMS athletes that took time on Sunday to help out the Nickerson Cats softball teams with a friendly scrimmage.
The Panther and Tiger teams will be in action for State competition Saturday and Sunday at the Two Rivers Softball complex in Wichita!
A very successful day for our cross country runners at the Larned cross country meet. For RVMS, a special congratulations to the eighth grade boys team, placing second in the meet. And a special congratulations to Cooper McConnell getting first place, and setting a new school 2 mile record with a time of 11:35.
RVMS football loses in a shootout versus Reno county homeschool . Final score 40–44. Fans were treated to an amazing game. Thank you, coaches and players and thank you fans for coming out and supporting the team.

St. John cross country meet update: the cross-country meet at St. John, Stafford country club is still scheduled for an 11 AM start. Good luck, RVMS runners. Go Panthers!
RVMS cross country update/changes! Tomorrow's St. John cross country meet 9/18 start time has been pushed back to 11 AM due to road conditions from the recent rains. I repeat, the start time for the St. John cross country meet tomorrow is 11 AM. If more rain falls through the night hours, a cancellation could happen because of declining road conditions. Stay tuned, cross country parents. We will send out another update in the morning. Cross-country students will be dismissed early from class at 8:15 and will depart from RVMS at 8:30 AM. Cross country parents please send your kids to school tomorrow morning.
