SHE Families---We wanted to make you aware of our handbook. It is located on the USD 309 main home page you will need to locate the parents and student (blue) tab in the middle of the page-click on it. Then you will see the Quick Links box ---click on Handbooks and in the SHES folder you will find our 2023-2024 Student Handbook.

Today SHE students and staff went out into the So. Hutch community to learn about our community businesses. We are so thankful for this opportunity for our kids. We will post pictures soon.
We want to thank National Credit Adjusters for all of the teacher donations. Our teachers and students truly appreciate all of the new items for their classrooms.
SHE Families------The drop off lane in the front is for dropping off students only! If you need to come in with your student please park on the side streets or the church parking lot.....We want to make sure the drop off lane is just for dropping off. Thank you so much

Open House/Watermelon Feed tomorrow Tuesday Aug. 15.---6-7 pm.----- All families will start in the gym with Mrs. Beede and Mr. Turner---we will introduce all staff and go over the Title program. Then we will dismiss all families to go visit the students classroom and meet the teachers. Around 6:30 we will have watermelon on the playground by the Outdoor Classroom. We will be done by 7 pm. We can't wait to see all our SHE families!
MySchoolBucks is having intermittent issues and we are working to resolve them. Parents can bring cash or check to the office for lunch/enrollment fees.

Back to School Bash will start at 6:00. One place said 5:30 (sorry) ----please head around to the back of the building to get your food-----The Magic Clothing Bus will be out on the south side in the bus area and So. Hutch Methodist Church will be open for school supplies from 6-7---enter through the doors right off the parking lot.

*We are so excited to have the South Hutch Police Depart host our first Back to School Bash---Friday, Aug. 11 from 6-8 pm.----Here is the schedule of events:
*First 150 students receive a backpack filled with school supplies---
*6:00 Front doors open----new students can take a tour to see location of their class
*6-6:30 pm---Dinner---Outside by the Outdoor Classroom (picnic tables)
*Door by library will be open
*6:30 pm----Raffle Drawings in the gym (bikes)
*6:40-Movie in gym
*Popcorn in the open area by the gym
*8:00 ish---Back to School Bash Ends
